Refund and Returns Policy

At WW Web Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds for our services may be considered. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once services have been fully delivered as per the agreed-upon project scope and Service Agreement, refunds will not be issued. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Completed website designs and developments.
  • Delivered digital marketing campaigns.
  • Finalized SEO or eCommerce solutions.
  • Any other fully rendered service or deliverable.

We take great care to ensure that our services meet your expectations and follow the agreed specifications. However, once the service is completed and accepted by the client, no refunds will be processed.

2. Refunds on Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for a service that has not yet been initiated, you may request a refund. This request must be made within 28 days of the payment and before the commencement of any work. Once work has begun (i.e., after project initiation), no refunds will be provided for the prepaid service.

  • If a refund is approved for a prepaid service that hasn’t started, the refund amount will be subject to a 10% +GST administrative fee.
  • Refund requests after work has started, but before completion, will be subject to the terms outlined in the Project Termination section below.
3. Project Termination and Partial Refunds

If you choose to terminate a service before it has been fully completed, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of WW Web Solutions based on the following conditions:

  • Work completed prior to termination will be billed at the agreed-upon rate, and this amount will be deducted from any potential refund.
  • An additional 21% termination fee may be applied to cover administrative and project setup costs.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the portion of the project that has not been completed at the time of termination.
  • Any materials, drafts, or partial deliverables provided up to the termination point will remain the property of WW Web Solutions until full payment for the completed work is made.
4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the services rendered, we encourage you to reach out to us within 28 days of project delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns or issues. However, dissatisfaction with the final outcome does not guarantee a refund, especially when the service was delivered according to the agreed project specifications.

  • If a service requires revision due to our error, we will offer reasonable corrections at no additional charge.
  • Any requests for additional revisions outside the original scope of work may be subject to additional fees.
5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the project’s completion status:

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or discovery meetings are non-refundable.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Once a digital marketing or ad campaign has launched, refunds will not be provided.
  • SEO Services: SEO is a long-term strategy, and results may take time. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for SEO services once optimization work has begun.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any third-party service or tool costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, paid plugins) are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly if they have concerns about their project or payment. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate project suspension, and additional fees may apply for the time spent disputing the chargeback. All chargeback disputes will be challenged in compliance with the terms of this Refund and Returns Policy and the signed Service Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or delivery of services, we are committed to resolving the issue through open communication. Refunds will be considered only after both parties have engaged in good faith to find a resolution. WW Web Solutions reserves the right to offer service credits or additional services in place of refunds, at our discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy

WW Web Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
