2.1 Service Agreement: All services provided will be outlined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice. Work will not commence until payment terms are agreed upon.

2.2 Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

2.3 No Refunds: All payments made are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

2.4 Additional Costs: Any additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Content & Access: Clients must provide all necessary content, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may impact deadlines.

3.2 Compliance: Clients must ensure that all content provided does not violate any laws, copyrights, or third-party rights.

3.3 Approvals & Feedback: Failure to provide feedback within the agreed timeline will be considered approval, and we will proceed accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

4.1 Company Ownership: Until full payment is received, all intellectual property, including website code, graphics, and other assets, remain the property of WW WEB SOLUTIONS.

4.2 Client Ownership: Once full payment is made, the client gains ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in the service agreement.

4.3 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantees: While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes from our services.

5.2 Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delays, downtimes, or disruptions caused by third-party providers, hosting services, or external factors beyond our control.

5.3 Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold WW WEB SOLUTIONS harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of our services.

6. Termination & Suspension

6.1 Company Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these Terms or fails to make payments.

6.2 Client Termination: Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for work already completed or ongoing projects.

6.3 Data Access: Upon termination, clients must back up their data. We are not responsible for retaining any project files beyond 30 days after termination.

7. Modifications to Terms

WW WEB SOLUTIONS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Punjab. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in India.
