1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellation by Client:

• Clients may request a cancellation in writing. However, cancellations do not guarantee refunds.
• If work has already commenced, the client is responsible for full or partial payment, depending on the progress of the project.

1.2 Service Cancellation by WW WEB SOLUTIONS:

• We reserve the right to cancel services if a client violates our Terms of Service, fails to provide required materials, or delays beyond a reasonable timeframe.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Services:

• All deposits and payments for custom services, including but not limited to web development, design, SEO, and consulting, are non-refundable once work has started.
• Domain name registrations, hosting services, third-party software, and digital products are strictly non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Eligibility:

• If a refund is requested before work has commenced, WW WEB SOLUTIONS may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, deducting administrative and processing fees.
• No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work, as time and resources have already been allocated.

2.3 Project Delays or Dissatisfaction:

• If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, or responses, no refunds will be issued.
• If a client is dissatisfied with the progress, we will make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. However, this does not entitle the client to a refund.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in legal action and suspension of all ongoing services.
