At WW WEB SOLUTIONS, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions. Due to the nature of our services, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following terms.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellation by Client:

• Clients may request a cancellation in writing. However, cancellations do not guarantee refunds.
• If work has already commenced, the client is responsible for full or partial payment, depending on the progress of the project.

1.2 Service Cancellation by WW WEB SOLUTIONS:

• We reserve the right to cancel services if a client violates our Terms of Service, fails to provide required materials, or delays beyond a reasonable timeframe.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Services:

• All deposits and payments for custom services, including but not limited to web development, design, SEO, and consulting, are non-refundable once work has started.
• Domain name registrations, hosting services, third-party software, and digital products are strictly non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Eligibility:

• If a refund is requested before work has commenced, WW WEB SOLUTIONS may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, deducting administrative and processing fees.
• No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed work, as time and resources have already been allocated.

2.3 Project Delays or Dissatisfaction:

• If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, or responses, no refunds will be issued.
• If a client is dissatisfied with the progress, we will make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. However, this does not entitle the client to a refund.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in legal action and suspension of all ongoing services.
• Clients are encouraged to contact us at contact@wwwebsolutions.com to resolve any concerns before taking external actions.

WW WEB SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
